Web3 Executive Assistant to CEO - Seed Stage Startup

THE GIST:

Our client, well-backed blockchain startup, seeks a top-notch Executive Assistant to support their CEO in San Francisco. This role will expertly manage the CEO's evolving schedule & priorities, streamline their daily operations, and champion company culture. The ideal candidate has C-level support experience at a growing tech company and/or startup. Bonus points for experience in crypto/blockchain/Web3!

THE NITTY GRITTY:

• Expertly coordinate CEO’s calendar, arrange meetings, and address conflicts
• Develop keen sense on how to best optimize CEO’s time & determine priorities
• Arrange domestic & international travel and prepare itineraries
• Regularly interact with important stakeholders on behalf of the CEO with discretion & professionalism
• Provide occasional personal assistance, as needed
• Handle incoming & outgoing communications with confidentiality and urgency
• Create presentations & decks, prepare deliverables, and distribute meeting materials
• Spearhead a wide range of internal and external communications
• Assist with planning & executing company events and offsites
• Travel with the CEO once per quarter
• Assist with other administrative functions and ad hoc projects, as needed

THE ESSENTIALS:

• 5+ years of C-level support experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience supporting a C-level executive in tech and/or a startup highly preferred
• Experience working in crypto/blockchain/Web3 a plus!
• Ability to travel with CEO quarterly
• Experience working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to act as a excellent extension & representation of the CEO
• Clear and professional communication >
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to shift, adapt, and pivot when confronted with new challenges and opportunities
• Experience working cohesively within all levels of an organization and with external stakeholders

LOCATION: San Francisco (Hybrid)

COMPENSATION: $130k to 175k base salary + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
