The team
The focus for this role is safeguarding our executive team from potential threats they may encounter. This critical role will evaluate risk, recommend mitigation strategies, create and manage executive protection teams, and execute approved plans. Must have a passion for protecting others, the ability to work independently, and experience leading complex operations on a global scale.
We are highly trained professionals and able to handle complex situations in stressful environments. We are constantly monitoring and thwarting direct and unseen threats to our executives as well as providing security and a first line of defense for our employees. This is a fully remote position. There is travel involved to many locations across the globe.

The opportunity
Event Security Planning: Lead the planning and execution of security measures for special events involving protected individuals, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
Threat Assessment: Conduct thorough threat assessments specific to each event to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Security Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate the security team assigned to the special event, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Security Protocols: Develop and implement event-specific security protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to address unique challenges and requirements.
Advance Work: Conduct advance reconnaissance and site assessments for the event venue, identifying potential security weaknesses and recommending appropriate countermeasures.
Coordination: Collaborate closely with event organizers, local law enforcement, and venue security to ensure seamless coordination and communication before, during, and after the event.
Emergency Response Planning: Develop and implement emergency response plans tailored to each event, ensuring the team is prepared to handle various crisis scenarios.
Skills you should HODL
10+ years global security experience or combined military, law enforcement, and executive protection
Experience in program management with a strategic mindset and service attitude, consistently working toward satisfying the needs of our executives
Expertise in core physical security risks and threats, and experience in developing effective and measurable programs in an international setting
High level communication skills, ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
A highly developed network of resources, cultivated through years of building relationships in the security industry, government, and tech community to ensure effectiveness on a global scale
A deep understanding of protective intelligence and proven ability to apply sound judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
Ability to travel 30-40% of the time
Strong computer and technical skills, proficient in Microsoft Suite
Must pass an in-depth background check
Nice-to-Haves
Military or law enforcement background preferred
EMT or other medical certifications
