Kiln is hiring a Web3 Finance Operations Intern
Compensation: $87k - $168k estimated
Location: ile de france Paris France
Internship (6 months) - full time - Paris 9 or willing to move to Paris area - starting at 1200€/month
Job Description
Kiln is the leading enterprise-grade staking platform, enabling institutional customers to stake assets, and to white-label staking functionality into their offering. We are looking for a Finance & Operations Intern to work closely with our COO & co-founder and Finance Manager.
Missions
1) Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Assist in recording and reconciling cryptocurrency revenue transactions
Participate in the preparation of financial statements

Help with forecasting & budgeting
2) Systems & Financial Reports
Utilize financial data to create internal reports that provide insights into the company’s financial performance
Prepare detailed reports for customers regarding their staking activity and reward statements
Address any customer inquiries related to invoicing and financial data
3) Commercial and Product Development
Assist in the customer invoicing process, ensuring compliance with established guidelines
Contribute to financial negotiations for contracts
Assist with project work to support sales operations, risk management, and other teams internally
Preferred profile
Skills & background
Basic understanding of financial modeling & KPIs/reporting (Google Sheets, Excel)
Interest in crypto and familiarity with tooling (blockchain explorers, etc.) is a plus
Knowledge of SQL, Python, and JavaScript (for data analytics)
Pursuing or completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Technology
Fluent in English and French
Familiarity with automation tools is a plus
