Web3 Game Developer | NFT Play-to-Earn Game

About Bit Hotel: Bit Hotel is an online social NFT game that will use Bit Hotel Coin as its in-game currency. Players collect NFT items and characters and are able to display them in their room or in mini-games. Each room and common room functions as a chat room where you can hang out, chat or trade with other players. Next to that players can battle it out in one of the mini-games to earn token rewards, and withdraw them to their wallets.

About the job: We are looking to hire an experienced game developer. You will be working with a small talented team of developers and an external game studio team that is responsible for developing the first version of the game. Bit Hotel is aiming to build an in-house game development team to work in parallel with the game studio on some of the game mechanics/mini-games. Game Developers partner with our art, design, and blockchain engineering team to create a compelling in-game experience. We are using the Phaser gaming engine and the Nakama Game server.

Experience requirements:
Excellent written and spoken communication in English
Medior/Senior-level development experience
Experience with full-cycle game development
Understanding of networking fundamentals and game networking models

Nice to have:
Experience in web based game development
Experience with Typescript
Experience with Go
Experience with full-cycle game development
