Swyftx is currently going through a large-scale rebrand and we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to come on board for a nine-month contract to assist with the delivery and roll out. This position can be based in Brisbane, where we have a hybrid working model (2 days per week in the office) or if you’re based in a different location this can also be a remote role.

Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Collaborating with the marketing and design teams to contribute to the overall visual identity and brand narrative during the rebranding process.
- Utilising Figma to create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print media that align with the evolving brand guidelines.
- Developing and executing design concepts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to website assets, social media graphics, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Effectively managing your time and prioritising tasks to meet project deadlines, adapting to shifting priorities within the project timeline.
- Engaging with stakeholders across departments to gather insights and requirements, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances the overall design process.
To be successful you will have:
- The ability to maintain consistency and coherence in design across different mediums, ensuring a unified and recognisable brand presence.
- An understanding of web design principles, with the ability to ensure the seamless integration of visual elements into the user interface for our digital platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate design concepts, rationale, and receive constructive feedback effectively.
- Showcase adaptability in a fast-paced environment, embracing change and navigating through ambiguity while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Possess effective problem-solving skills, proactively addressing design challenges and proposing creative solutions that align with project goals.
