We are supporting a well-funded, next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project. The platform is purpose-built for the tokenization and on-chain circulation of real-world assets (RWA) and stablecoins, with a strong focus on institutional adoption. The team is building infrastructure that bridges traditional Web2 institutions into Web3, expanding on-chain asset diversity, unlocking new yield opportunities, and enabling broader investor participation. Their mission is to help enterprises overcome operational, regulatory, and knowledge barriers, allowing them to deploy assets on-chain in a secure, compliant, and scalable manner. With deep RWA domain expertise and strong technical execution, the team is developing institutional-grade blockchain infrastructure and a comprehensive decentralized ecosystem designed to support large-scale, real-world asset adoption. We are looking for a versatile and high-energy Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual storytelling across brand's ecosystem. This role is perfect for a creative powerhouse who can move seamlessly between static design and motion graphics, transforming marketing objectives into high-impact visual experiences. Primary Responsibilities
Spearhead the production of diverse creative assets, ranging from high-converting digital ads and social media content to large-scale event graphics and promotional print materials. Partner with the marketing department to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that strengthen brand identity and drive campaign success. Deliver compelling content in both static image and video/motion formats tailored for various platforms and app environments. Oversee the end-to-end print process by coordinating with external vendors to ensure technical specifications and quality standards are flawlessly met. Efficiently navigate multiple design streams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every deliverable is polished, on-brand, and delivered on schedule. Stay ahead of design trends to provide fresh perspectives that elevate our brandâs visual presence.
Candidate Requirements
Academic background in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related creative field. Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Ideally 5+ years of design experience, with a background in agile startup environments or creative agencies. (Note: Talented junior designers or recent graduates may be considered for a Graphic Designer track). A self-starter mindset with the ability to maintain creative excellence under tight turnaround times. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to start immediately.
Added Value
Experience integrating cutting-edge AI tools (such as Firefly, Gemini, or Sora) into the creative workflow is a significant plus. Strong understanding of motion design or video editing to enhance digital storytelling.
