Web3 Growth Manager

There are 3 types of growth managers:

1. They understand how to convert customers but struggle to breakthrough the noise.
2. They can capture attention but struggle to convert customers.
3. The rare bird who moves needles and wins the attention economy.

We are in search of the latter to join our team.

Who are we looking for

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in financial marketing, with experience in decentralized finance (DeFi) being a plus. We are seeking a creative individual who has a proven track record of engaging audiences. The capacity to effectively lead and manage a team of creative professionals is crucial. The selected candidate will supervise marketing contractors and teams, guaranteeing high quality in all marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Bonus: You will working directly with our lead growth advisor who has built a business of $100m+ ARR over 15 years.

• An individual who holds themselves and their teams to high standards of excellence, consistently meeting and exceeding deadlines.
• Detail-orientation, ensuring thoroughness and speed in execution.
• A hunger for success, combined with street-smart intelligence and the ability to make insightful leaps in human psychology and influence. Proficiency in basic mathematics for leveraging data in decision-making is essential.
• Proven ability to make excellent commercial decisions, demonstrating frugality while investing wisely in valuable opportunities, adhering to the principle of "paying fair prices for great investments”.

What will you be doing?

• Growth strategy development: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. This includes setting clear goals and metrics to track progress.
• End to end campaign management across (but not limited to): X (Twitter), Discord, Email, Video
• Marketing channel optimization: Identify and optimize the most effective marketing channels to reach the target audience. This may include social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and more.
• Performance monitoring and reporting: Regularly monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives against KPIs and objectives. Use insights to adjust strategies and tactics as needed.
• Team leadership and management: Lead and manage a team of marketers, analysts, and other professionals involved in growth activities. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to drive team performance.
