The Opportunity:
Head of CRM drives improvements of key channel metrics including activation and lifecycle engagement. In addition, you will develop and build a marketing calendar of key campaigns and promotions to drive customer activation and engagement across key markets and audiences.
Provide excellent knowledge and proven track-record of developing & executing CRM strategy
Day Rate:
Up to £450
Required Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral English skills
Knowledge of use of incentives in CRM for loyalty or retention programmes
Good knowledge of CRM tools like customer.io, salesforce is essential
Own the English-language copywriting of customer communications and partner with our Design and Localisation teams for any needed assets and and translations
Complex and innovative problem-solving, a proactive attitude, attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
Responsibilities:
Execute communications across multiple channels including email, push, in-app messages, and referral program
Build an experimentation backlog and execute creative and frequency tests to improve channel performance
Ensure the delivery of the campaigns to maximise customer value and increase retention
Work closely with Data Science to ensure CRM performance is measured robustly
Analyse campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports
