Responsibilities

• Establish policies, procedures, and framework to govern vendor management, and to
• fulfill the regulatory requirements on outsourcing arrangement from different jurisdiction
• Work closely with all teams in Crypto.com to identify and evaluate vendors
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors, in close cooperation with certain teams (e.g.
• Legal, IT, Compliance) and the contract owners
• Manage the vendor onboarding process, ensure that appropriate due diligence is completed and the necessary risk assessments have been done
• Vendor management - ensure regular monitoring and evaluation of the performance of vendors is in line with agreed service levels. Escalate and manage appropriately.
• Act as a key point of contact between the company and our vendors
• Vendor life cycle management – ensure contracts are reviewed well in advance of the contract end date, and appropriate actions taken
• Build and enhance procurement process, policies and procedures with best practices & company operation model
• Rank and evaluate vendors in terms of criticality and ensure robust contingency plans are in place (including vendor’s own contingency plans)
• Produce relevant MI and key metrics on vendors, spend, SLAs, etc
• Manage the procurement team
• Implement a vendor management system
• Educate the broader organization on the procurement policies, how vendors are on-boarded and managed
• Work closely with third-party risk management team to govern, assess, and manage risks that might be introduced by any third-party service engagement

• 7+ years of experience working in procurement
• Demonstrated skills in commercial and contract negotiation, vendor onboarding and management.
• Proficiency in Purchasing software.
• Experience in managing teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, project management, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Extremely detail oriented with an ability to multitask in a high growth environment
• Passionate about start-ups and the growth of digital assets
• Good command of spoken and written English
