Head of Service role

As Head of Service management you have a vast amount of service management knowledge and experience in different fields operational fields. You have seen your share of production downtime and you know how to prevent them and what needs to be done to fix them. Want to apply your knowledge at Change? Come and join us.

What’s in it for you:

    • You'll be reporting to the CTO, having a seat in the Technology Management team
    • Play a vital role and make sure that our digital services are delivered effectively and efficiently
    • Own the production systems and approve the releases
    • Have complete autonomy

What you'll do:

    • Writing and communicating service needs
    • Ownership of Production Systems and their monitoring
    • Approving releases based on quality reports provided
    • Manage 3rd party integration partners
    • Responsible of service portfolio and service level management
    • Responsible for supplier and continuity management
    • Responsible for Problem / incident and issue management
    • Heading the Service Operations team
    • Involved in service reviews, change management, IT knowledge management, and, HR

What we're looking for:

    • Proficient in data query languages to determine the state of the systems
    • Worked and configured Atlassian tools
    • Experience in monitoring production software, preferably in AWS
    • Experience in Service Operations practices
    • Understanding of business processes and systems
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Drive, sense of urgency and perfect match to our values

Nice to have:

    • Experience in setting up an Service Operations practice according to ITIL
    • Experience in working with C-level
    • Experience in the regulated domain
