The Role


We’re hiring a Client Success Lead to be the primary point of contact for active clients. This person will help maintain strong relationships over time, guide accounts through active work with Sherlock, and help turn a strong client experience into long-term partnership.


This is a relationship-first role. It is less about traditional support and more about trust, continuity, retention, and account stewardship. The right person knows how to keep clients close, keep communication sharp, and make sure teams feel taken care of throughout the relationship. They should also be technically fluent enough to work credibly with protocol teams and understand Web3 security and AI products at a working level.


What You’ll Do


You will own day-to-day relationships with active Sherlock clients and serve as their main point of contact across engagements. You will help keep communication clear, timelines and expectations aligned, and the overall client experience high quality from start to finish.


You will stay close to accounts as work progresses, spot potential issues early, help coordinate internally when something needs attention, and make sure nothing important slips through the cracks. You will help clients feel informed, supported, and confident in working with Sherlock.


You will also play a major role in long-term retention. That means understanding where each client is in their security journey, helping them stay connected to Sherlock over time, and identifying natural opportunities for them to continue working with us across future engagements. A strong candidate will know how to turn a successful engagement into an ongoing business relationship.


How This Role Fits


This role works closely with BD, product, operations, and marketing. You will carry client context across teams, represent the client internally, and help Sherlock keep raising the standard on client experience as the company grows.


What We’re Looking For


We’re looking for someone with experience in client success, account management, partnerships, or another relationship-owning role, ideally in a technical environment. You should be highly organized, proactive, and strong in written communication. You should be comfortable managing important relationships directly and speaking with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Familiarity with Web3, blockchain development, security, or AI products is strongly preferred. Candidates with backgrounds in crypto client success, partnerships, solutions, technical account management, or blockchain development could all be a fit.


The best person for this role will have good judgment, high ownership, and the ability to keep clients informed and confident without making things noisy or confusing. They will know how to build trust, handle moving pieces calmly, and create the kind of client experience that makes teams want to keep working with Sherlock.
