Web3 Investment Banking Associate - Digital Assets

We are partnering with a leading middle-market investment banking platform to recruit an Associate to join its growing Digital Assets franchise.

The role:

• Execute M&A and capital markets transactions across the digital assets ecosystem.
• Support deal origination, financial modelling, valuation and transaction structuring.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials and investment committee materials.
• Work with senior bankers on strategic advisory mandates across crypto, blockchain, digital asset infrastructure and related financial technology.

The profile:

• Investment banking Associate with strong M&A and/or capital markets execution experience.
• Demonstrable interest in, or exposure to, digital assets, crypto or blockchain.
• Excellent financial modelling, analytical and presentation skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
