Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for Binance in Australia.
This role goes beyond performance marketing — it is about building sustainable, compliant growth engines in a market where trust, regulation, and user education are critical.
You will own the end-to-end growth funnel, from first touch to active trader, while balancing efficiency, brand, and regulatory constraints.
Responsibilities:
Own the Full Growth Funnel

Drive performance across:

Acquisition (new users)

Activation (KYC → first trade)

Retention (repeat usage)

Identify drop-offs and optimize conversion at every stage

Build and continuously refine AU-specific growth playbooks
Performance Marketing & Channel Optimization

Manage and optimize key channels:

Paid media (Google, Meta, programmatic)

Affiliates & referral programs

SEO / landing page optimization

Work closely with global teams to adapt strategies to AU constraints

Focus on quality users, not just volume
Campaign Strategy (Compliance-First)

Design campaigns that drive growth while staying within:

Shift away from “hype-led” campaigns → value-led, education-driven growth

Data, Insights & Experimentation

Requirements:
Experience

4–7+ years in growth, performance marketing, or product marketing

Strong experience in Australia market

Experience in crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech companies preferred

Proven ability to manage full-funnel growth, not just top-of-funnel
