CoinList is growing its lending business and needs a leader to assess and improve our current practices and recommend strategies for advancing our lending products both domestically and abroad. As part of the team, you would apply your background in crypto lending to scale a growing product line for the company. You would be responsible for all the structuring and product developments needs of the CoinList lending platform as well as the buildout of the lending technology solution. You must be able to work independently and own your workflow.

Who you are:

• You hold an MBA or similar, with a JD / international equivalent a strong nice-to-have.
• You have at least 7-10 years’ experience in structuring lending deals and creating new lending products from a large financial institution or private credit firm.
• You are familiar with a variety of lending and trading financial instruments (e.g., securities, commodities, derivatives), including custodial and non-custodial management of assets, and settlement of those instruments.
• You have a strong background in digital currency, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance.
• You are client-centric and experienced in managing client relationships.

What you will do:

• Establish a structuring function (policies, process, procedures) as part of the core lending business
• Critically examine existing lending agreements and construct new agreements as necessary for new clients and loans
• Support Sales in negotiating terms and agreements, working alongside Legal
• Provide key backup to Lending Operations in the loan booking and management process, and to Sales in cultivating client relationships
