Web3 Investment Partner

A leading global investment platform in the digital asset ecosystem is seeking a Venture Partner to join and help lead its venture investment strategy.

This individual will play a critical role in identifying and executing high-conviction investments across the Web3 ecosystem while representing the firm externally across the global venture and founder community. The Partner will work closely with senior leadership to shape the venture strategy, expand global deal flow, and support portfolio companies through deep industry connections.

This role requires a highly respected investor within the Web3 venture ecosystem, with strong relationships among top-tier founders, venture funds, and ecosystem builders. The successful candidate will also act as a public-facing representative of the venture platform, engaging with founders, investors, and industry communities globally.

What You’ll Do

Investment Leadership

• Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of venture investments across the Web3 ecosystem.
• Develop investment theses around key areas of blockchain innovation and identify high-potential founders early.
• Lead investment committee discussions and support decision-making for strategic investments.

Ecosystem & Deal Flow Development

• Leverage existing relationships with top-tier venture funds, accelerators, and founders to generate proprietary deal flow.
• Build and maintain strong networks across the global Web3 VC and founder ecosystem, particularly within the US venture market.
• Represent the venture platform within industry events, conferences, and ecosystem initiatives.

Portfolio Support

• Work closely with portfolio companies to provide strategic guidance, partnerships, and ecosystem access.
• Support founders through introductions to investors, exchanges, strategic partners, and global markets.
• Help portfolio companies scale through the venture platform’s global network.

Platform & Brand Representation

• Act as a public-facing ambassador for the venture platform within the global Web3 ecosystem.
• Participate in panels, ecosystem initiatives, research publications, and industry discussions.
• Strengthen the venture platform’s reputation as a strategic partner for top founders.

Venture Strategy & Platform Development

• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the firm’s long-term venture investment strategy.
• Identify emerging trends in blockchain, crypto markets, and decentralized technologies.
• Help expand the venture platform’s presence in key innovation hubs globally.

• Passionate about supporting founders and building long-term ecosystem partnerships.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of venture capital, investment, or startup experience, with a significant focus on Web3 or crypto.
• Current or prior experience at a top-tier venture capital firm, investment platform, or leading Web3 fund.
• Proven track record of sourcing, leading, or supporting venture investments in high-growth technology companies.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, token economies, and crypto market dynamics.
• Deep relationships with Web3 founders, venture funds, and ecosystem leaders.
• Experience investing across sectors such as infrastructure, DeFi, consumer crypto, or emerging blockchain applications.
• Recognized presence within the Web3 venture ecosystem.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to founders and ecosystem partners.
• Strong communication skills and ability to represent the venture platform publicly.
