Web3 Investor Relations Lead

A bit about the role:

As Immutable grows, we are building a dedicated investor relations team to set the strategy for and create a best-in-class IR function. We seek an experienced Investor Relations Lead or Investment Manager to lead this function and help create Immutable’s multi-year narrative and partnerships with investors. 

You will be working closely with our Founders and board as you build out our investment function. We’re interested in working with people that have developed and maintained accurate accounts of company affairs and have managed all investor reporting requirements. You will have enormous autonomy to sculpt our IR practices and processes, taking full ownership over these processes when dealing with future equity and token funding rounds. Your ability to source new investment opportunities and understand our investors’ needs will be crucial to your success.

Immutable is the fastest company to reach unicorn status in Australia and a market leader in scaling blockchain technology and blockchain gaming! We are bringing transparency to the opaque world of in-game economies and providing gamers with genuine digital property rights through the Immutable X platform. We are responsible for launching one of the most successful blockchain Trading Card Games, Gods Unchained, and our soon to launch RPG, Guild of Guardians. 

Unique blockchain assets (“NFTs”) are experiencing a massive surge in popularity. These unique assets allow people to own anything from in-game items to digital art, to music, and financial instruments. However, they are highly illiquid: transactions take minutes or hours to confirm, and Ethereum can process fewer than 5 NFTs per second for the whole world combined. 

To solve this problem for ourselves and for others, we have built Immutable X, a next-generation protocol for trading blockchain assets with instant trade confirmation, massive scalability, and no gas fees without compromising user custody. The goal of Immutable X is to help businesses scale their creation and trading of these unique assets (“NFTs”). 

Immutable also build two of the most successful NFT-based games, Gods Unchained and Guild of Guardians, who serve as initial customers for our platform products.
