Responsibilities

• Oversee organizations' computer systems/manage IT teams
• Maintain information systems and networks, upgrade and install new hardware and software
• Perform troubleshooting, back up data and manage network security
• IT HelpDesk for daily operations
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
• Creating user accounts and performing access control
• Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration
• Basic knowledge of of IT security and will co-work with security team

Requirements

• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
• Team leader works in growing company who required a management skill to handle a team
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of blockchain/crypto service or expertise in the online blockchain/crypto industry is a plus
