Web3 IT Operations Manager

Bitcoin Depot is seeking an IT Operations Manager to help grow, maintain and secure infrastructure for Bitcoin Depot products and business essential software tools.

Experience with management, monitoring, and securing cloud infrastructure and transactional operations systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and secure infrastructure
• Establish KPI and SLA metrics for both internal and external service providers
• Configure and manage monitor production applications
• Maintain, add features, and improve infrastructure
• Clearly communicate costs, priorities, and options to non-technical management
• Participate in architecture review board

Required Qualifications:

• AWS, Azure Cloud experience
• Experience working with containerized/microservices environment
• Experience managing networks and VPNs
• Experience managing security scanning and remediation
• Experience with managing and configuring firewalls

Nice To Have Qualifications:

• AWS or Azure Solution Architecture certification
• Experience with IaaS and building automation infrastructure scripts

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience (full-time work)
• 2+ years experience in managing resources
• Experience in managing internal and offshore teams
