What You'll be Doing
- Provide technical assistance and support for OKX Bahamas users;
- Answer user questions via phone, email and in person;
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems;
- Identify and escalate issues to appropriate staff;
- Train new users on OKX Bahamas systems and software;
- Maintain documentation of technical issues and solutions; and
- Perform other IT support duties as needed;
What We Look For in You
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience of at least 4 years
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Nice to Haves
- Background in the Fintech industry is a plus.
- Fluency in other languages also a plus
- Experience working with teams across global offices and different time zones.
