Position Overview:

This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative full remotely. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, moderating our community and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience with DeFi protocols and cryptocurrencies desired
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the financial or crypto industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
