Web3 KYC Team Lead (Late Shifts)

The KYC team is a key part of the Compliance department which ensures that the Crypto.com is compliant with its obligation of client identification and due diligence on a worldwide basis and to provide the institution with adequate and complete client information.

In this role, you will:

• Lead a team in KYC;
• Look into individual performance and make sure that analysts maintain high quality of work;
• Allocate work and resources;
• Provide subject matter expertise to the KYC analysts and help them in their daily tasks;
• Ensure all processes and policy are met;
• Adhere to agreed targets, KPIs, SLAs and confidentiality standards;
• Prepare reports.

You will know we are looking for you if you have:

• Proficiency in verbal and written English;
• Experience in managing teams;
• Desire to work late (evening) shifts;
• Experience in performing AML/KYC reviews in the financial services industry;
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
• Fast learner and able to adapt to a global company;
• Leadership and management skills;
• Ability to prioritize and act fast;
• Good Internet Research Skills;
• Bachelor's level degree or professional qualification;
