Creators can transform their knowledge into executable shortcuts where others can execute, and co-ordinate together.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to help us build and scale the next generation platform. Where you will have the ability to set the foundations of the next unicorn whilst learning the depths of web3 from fellow team members. Our team has extensive background in web3 and web2 such as: MakerDAO, Aragon, Gnosis, Coinflex, Sygnum, Swisscom Blockchain, Meta, Revolut, Uber, Klarna, and HSBC.

You are passionate about legal and regulatory topics, and want to help building the foundation of Enso through your legal research and execution experience. With your analytical and research based approach, you find new opportunities and help keeping Enso at the cutting edge of Blockchain technology. Support Management Team in legal and regulatory matters

Regulatory assessment of new blockchain based products created by Enso

Draft and further develop contracts associated with blockchain, terms of usage and more

Provide regulatory clarity in an international context through local partners

Research, understand and keep up to date with regulatory landscape

Drive legal and regulatory projects, including implementation of processes if and where necessary

Draft, review and negotiate business contracts, internal policies and processes

Draft operating agreements, bylaws, stock certificates, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents

Lawyer with Swiss bar admission

Professional experience with DLT (Blockchain), FinTech and respective legal and regulatory implications, including knowledge on AML

Interest in innovative topics such as DAOs and DeFi

Fluency in German and business English (written and verbal)

High efficiency and organizational skills

Structured, independent and precise working manner

Technologically driven and curious
