Role Overview

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to fulfil our vision from research to production. That means having a head for strategy and a desire to provide a voice for design, as well as being aware of the most recent industry trends and the ability to use them to improve Ramp's product.

Core Responsibilities

• creating wireframes and prototypes enabling our teams to swiftly iterate and test ideas,
• working on Ramp's brand and visual communication,
• handing off work to developers, assisting them during development,
• production of specs and assets for final releases,
• maintaining internal design system library (DSL),
• running internal and external design workshops,
• creating and maintaining Ramp's UX integration guide.

• 3+ years in digital product design (UX/UI),
• excellent understanding of mobile and web usability,
• strong knowledge of modern design & prototyping tools (Figma, Framer, Sketch etc.),
• experience in designing or enthusiastic about learning blockchain, crypto and fintech industry.
