About the Role The Live Ops Manager will play an important role in providing Skyweaver players with exciting and engaging experiences on a regular basis. The position’s main objective is to activate our player base through the launch of in-game events, promotions, and additional in-game marketing initiatives to drive retention and revenue.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and marketing team, and other stakeholders. You will work with those teams to plan and strategize engagement and monetization growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of the gaming market, concepts around engagement, data, analytics, and player communities.
