Web3 NFT Creative Director

We are seeking an NFT Creative Director to join the Konstellation family and develop new creative initiatives, nurture new partnerships while simultaneously contributing to new cutting edge and highly innovative NFT blockchain technologies. As NFT Creative Director, you will lead the creative direction of a new business that specializes in NFTs, helping to build the future of fan, community and brand engagement, artistic expression, content creation and distribution. Role includes, but it not limited to:

• Responsible for the onboarding and creation of all content across Konstellation’s NFT projects and initiatives
• Identify and develop new partnerships with content partners, artists, agencies, and other corporate partners for new content opportunities
• Procure and maintain new artist and partner relations, including on boarding process, communication, and ongoing relationship management
• Leverage professional network to build potential creator and artists list for the generation of new and innovative content
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts for new content and creators with the marketing and engineering teams
• Brainstorm and suggest new product launches working with both internal and external stakeholders for the best onboarding and dissemination of content
• Develop and ideate new promotion opportunities with the marketing team for optimal exposure

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience music, art, media, or entertainment industries
• Experience with both traditional new media formats as well as strong familiarity with social and content streaming platforms
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency/digital assets, blockchain technology and new media platforms
• Ability to digest complex technology and financial concepts into easily understood communications
• Strong communications skills both internally and externally
• Preferred language English & Korean
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams across time zones and geographies
