Campus Legends is growing our NFT product development team and we’re looking for a talented creative director who can pioneer the future of collegiate athlete NFTs. In this role you will be responsible for all things creative and design, collaborating with creatives, stakeholders, and our leadership team to help shape the next generation of NFTs for collegiate sports. As a member of the team, you’ll enjoy the freedom to champion new and fresh ideas. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, collaborative, and innovative culture.
Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)
Customer-facing collegiate sports marketing or similar role (3+ years).
Experience, developing and creating creative video for traditional marketing, social media, and other creative work (10+ years).
Expertise with motion graphics, video editing, and cinematography. Must be able to mentor and inspire a team of creatives, and teach After Effects and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
Gaming or NFT experience (Preferred).
Degree from a relevant art school or in a related field.

Be a pioneer in the development of the collegiate sports NFT space.
Build and lead a top notch creative team.
Source and hire the best creative talent available.
Set the example for the creative team members with inspiration and innovation, a passion for collegiate sports, and a heart for helping athletes.
Lead the development and growth of each creative team member, providing evaluation, mentorship, counsel, and determining assignments and incentives as needed.
Collaborate with leadership and our partner agencies/studios to develop a variety of creative assets that deliver measurable business results.
Must understand, articulate, and strategically apply the latest platform, industry, creative trends, and digital best practices, always seeking the next creative opportunity for Campus Legends.
Work to streamline the creative processes to improve team structure. Provide input on project management tools. Identify priorities and help clear obstacles for a streamlined creative process.
Actively support new business initiatives with creative assets.
Share ideas and creativity with the social media and marketing teams. Create videos to support the marketing needs.
Experience working with direct to consumer and/or eCommerce focused brands.
Exceptional management experience leading large teams, including ability to qualify, prioritize and delegate workloads for your team. Confidence as a leader who can manage a team as well as direct the creativity, motivation and inspiration.
Mastery of industry best practices coupled with a strong knowledge of design trends and software in order to articulate and strategically apply to creative executions.
Have a strong creative vision and understanding of business needs and objectives.
Licensing and rights management experience.
