Job Description


As Office & Culture Manager you will ensure the smooth running of our offices on a day-to-day basis. You will be in the lead to create the best working environment for our fast-growing team, set up protocols to keep our on-and offline spaces in shape and designed for performance and teamwork. From keeping the fridge filled to furnishing our new offices, you like to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

You will also assist NGRAVE's Human Resources efforts under supervision of our co-founders, including contracting and pay-rolling management. Besides this, you will assist the Leadership Team in managing our performance development cycles, including the instigation and monitoring of structured feedback sessions and mid- and end-year reviews.

Some of the things that you will do at NGRAVE:

  • You’ll be in charge of all HR administrative matters, such as Onboarding, Sickness and, health insurance documents, matters relating to telework,,...
  • You will provide support with monthly payroll processes 
  • You will support in all recruiting efforts (write job descriptions, ensure first screenings, interviewing, etc.)
  • You will manage all office management matters (Ordering office supplies, Coffee, etc)
  • You will ensure the wellbeing of our employees. You’ll listen to them, you are someone to talk to, you’ll celebrate birthdays, special events,
  • Last but not least you’ll organize nice team buildings, company events and parties,...

Skills and Qualifications

  • Complete fluency in English ( Other languages are a big plus)
  • Minimum 2 yrs of experience in similar role
  • Great planning and organisational skills
  • Experience managing HR processes
  • People first, you've got an EQ that matches your IQ :)
