Web3 Office Manager & Customer Success Associate

Blockchain.com is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the cryptocurrency industry. We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team in a unique hybrid role, combining office management responsibilities with active involvement in our Customer Success team.

This hybrid role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to expand their skill set and transition into a customer-facing role. Initially, the role will be a 50/50 split between office management and customer success, offering a unique chance to diversify skills and expertise. As the individual becomes proficient in customer success responsibilities, there is a clear pathway for the role to evolve into a full-time Customer Success Associate position.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Office Management (50%)

  • Become the first point of contact for all office related issues.
  • Heavy involvement in staff engagement and events for the London team.
  • Work with the Talent team to ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires in London.
  • Organize seating plan and desk arrangements.
  • Implement and maintain office procedures.
  • Manage relationships with the building managers.
  • Oversee relationships with suppliers.
  • Manage office budgets.
  • Oversee meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared for meetings.

Customer Success (50%):

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional support to our clients.
  • Communicate with customers via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to improve our products and services.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects with the Customer Success team to enhance customer satisfaction.
