About the Role:
As Operations Program Manager, you will report directly to our COO in a unique, cross functional role to help build and scale the company for exponential growth. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the executive team on solving operational challenges, breaking them down to their essence, and developing scalable solutions. You will be core to the day to day function of the company, maintaining and upleveling our high performance culture, and serving as a catalyst for change throughout the organization.
A successful candidate in this role will need an owner’s mindset, eager to take our existing processes at any level, and be accountable to run, re-build or enhance them for scale. They will be adept at administrative tasks and ambitious in the pursuit of new challenges. They will thrive wearing a multitude of hats and always be looking for ways to help the company improve and succeed. Their focus will be on Operational Process, Business Planning, and Team Support.
Responsibilities
- Recommend improvements to make the organization more operationally efficient; look for ways to help us grow and scale, save money, increase productivity, etc.
- Ruthlessly prioritize projects and activities that will have the greatest impact on the organization. Use data to drive decision making.
- Develop and execute culture initiatives that create a feeling of connection and belonging among a fully distributed team. Delight in creating experiences that make employees valued and appreciated.
- Own the end-to-end people process including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Track each team member’s performance in collaboration with their manager, and ensure they are meeting and exceeding their quarterly goals.
- Manage day to day operational and administrative processes including but not limited to payroll, benefits, permissions + access to tools and resources company wide.
- Document and clarify existing policies and procedures, and help in communicating them to the team to avoid confusion, frustration, and repetitive questions.
- Organize comprehensive quarterly and annual business planning sessions that are inclusive and effective.
- Organize Weekly Company All Hands ensuring open communication.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in administrative or program manager role
- Project management experience or PMP certification is a plus
- Clear and concise communicator both written and spoken
- Extremely organized, quick and efficient
- Hard working
- Process-oriented self starter who can identify and fill gaps.
- Thrive in a flexible, remote only environment.
