Web3 Partner Success Executive — Ecosystems

A bit about the role:

As a Partner Success Executive — Ecosystems, you will be completely accountable for the complete post-sales lifecycle of an Immutable X ecosystem partner. An ecosystem partner is one that supports the success of other projects, either through liquidity or another offering. This includes Marketplaces, launchpads, and other types of partners. This includes working closely with Solutions Engineers to launch an ecosystem partner onto Immutable X (via an integration), all the way through to ongoing success, retention and renewal. This role has an incredible level of accountability and ownership, and will directly impact the success of Immutable and its growth moving forward. 

You will work closely with the BD team as partners sign their first contract with Immutable, and manage them as their primary contact from that point onward. You will work closely with the product and engineering team to facilitate success and feedback from partners, and be the user’s internal advocate, ensuring an exceptional throughout their integration into Immutable X.

A bit about us:

Unique blockchain assets (“NFTs”) have grown in popularity rapidly over the past few months. These unique assets allow people to own anything from in-game items, to digital art, to music, and financial instruments. 

However, they are highly illiquid: transactions take minutes or hours to confirm, and Ethereum can process fewer than 5 NFTs per second for the whole world combined. To solve this problem for ourselves and for others, we have built Immutable X, a next-generation protocol for trading blockchain assets with instant trade confirmation, massive scalability, and no gas fees - all without compromising user custody.
