Web3 People Program Lead

A bit about the role:

Immutable is the fastest company to reach unicorn status in Australia and a market leader in scaling blockchain technology and blockchain gaming! Through the Immutable X platform, we are bringing transparency to the opaque world of in-game economies and providing gamers with true digital property rights. We are responsible for launching one of the most successful blockchain Trading Card Games, Gods Unchained, and our soon to launch RPG, Guild of Guardians.

As Immutable grows, we are building a dedicated Performance & Capability function that will enhance our overarching Immutable people vision and strategy. 

We are seeking an experienced People generalist to be our People Program Leader focussed on our core programs of work that fuel our growth and drive impact. This will span across (but not be limited to) key strategic areas including performance, reward, international expansion, M&A.

You will be working closely with our Chief People Officer, People Partners and leadership teams to strategically design our principles, approaches as well as lead the operational design of our programs and activities, working closely with people partners on implementation and L&OD for content support and facilitation. You will also work closely with people operations to administer our tech stack that supports our programs of work and lead the execution of our cyclical activities including performance reviews and compensation cycles.

A bit about us:

Unique blockchain assets (“NFTs”) are experiencing a massive surge in popularity. These unique assets allow people to own anything from in-game items to digital art, to music, and financial instruments. However, they are highly illiquid: transactions take minutes or hours to confirm, and Ethereum can process fewer than 5 NFTs per second for the whole world combined. 

To solve this problem for ourselves and for others, we have built Immutable X, a next-generation protocol for trading blockchain assets with instant trade confirmation, massive scalability, and no gas fees without compromising user custody. The goal of Immutable X is to help businesses scale their creation and trading of these unique assets (“NFTs”). 

Immutable also build two of the most successful NFT-based games, Gods Unchained and Guild of Guardians, who serve as initial customers for our platform products.
