We are looking for a People intern to support the global team in delivering key objectives and projects for 2023.
During your summer internship you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in the People Team at R3 involves, and if it is right for you. You will be working on live projects and be expected to dive straight in and take the lead on them.

You will learn and develop your skills every day and we will provide you with clear direction and support. You will gain the confidence to take on real projects, build your network and learn from senior leaders across our business. You will also see how important diversity and inclusion are to the success of R3 and how that translates into a global innovative company.
Day to day responsibilities may include:
- Roll out of an annually planned, global calendar for wellbeing initiatives
- Planning & deliver of a “Career week” designed to showcase the various career options that are available with R3
- Employee Relations: support the HR Business Partners with Employee Relation cases and note taking
- HR administration for starters leavers, transfers, maternity and monitoring of probation periods ensuring action and production of documentation within specified time frames
- Maintain and Audit Employee Files in line with Data Protection Act and accuracy
- Assist with basic payroll administration
· Conduct research to support proposals and presentations
· Assist in the development and documentation of company policies and procedures
Education & Experience:
- You are either in your penultimate or final year of study, or have recently graduated
- You already have a record of academic and non-academic achievement, and you are eager to go on learning at the same intensive rate
- You thrive on working in a highly collaborative and diverse environment
- We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills who work well on teams and inspire others with their ideas
- Strong candidates will have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- You will have an attention to detail on a wide range of data, communications and related tasks
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Please note the start date for this position would be within two weeks of offer confirmation and our internship program lasts for 12 weeks; at present we can only consider applicants that commit to these time frames. This position would be full time during the summer months, but could then switch to part time during term time if required.
