Role Overview

You will be co-creating 1 of 9 product backlogs with cross-functional product teams (Crypto or Fintech focused, preference of your choice!) and an experienced Product Manager. On top of that, you will learn how to run Continuous Discovery - to maximize product value for end users which will drive our business vision and strategy.

You will have a chance to quickly become an independent Product Manager with full ownership of one of our products.

Core Responsibilities

• Product Execution - help with formulating and managing the backlog, from understanding the business needs, gathering the requirements, facilitating the meetings, setting up priorities and refining scope with the product team to give the best product value possible to our users and stakeholders

• Client Insights - learn how to run a proper Continuous Discovery process. Using tools like UserTesting or Maze to capture users’ data and analyze them. Talk with our analytics team to define product metrics to better understand and improve our product

• Vision and Strategy - co-create product vision and strategy which help us define product OKRs to drive better product outcomes

<br/><br/>

• a minimum 1 year of commercial experience as a product owner/project manager/product manager,

• experienced in backlog management (granulation, prioritization, meeting facilitation, scope specification),

• worked within SCRUM/Kanban cross-functional teams,

• high-level understanding of Product development life cycle,

• willingness to learn about blockchain, crypto, and the fintech industry,

• you have shipped your own product or participated in the product discovery phase outside the main job (nice to have), 

• previous experience in blockchain, crypto, or the fintech industry (nice to have),

• previous experience as an either Software Engineer, Software Tester, Product Designer or Data Analyst (nice to have),
