About the position
Keyfactor is looking for an inspiring and experienced Product Owner to join our growing Product Management department at our offices in Stockholm.You will be leading one or more products together with the Product Manager. You will also work closely with Product Architects and Scrum Master / Agile Coaches to drive the product forward and to reach department and company goals.
The position is based in Stockholm office and can be performed remotely when necessary. Applicants must hold a valid Right to Work in Sweden or permanent resident status.
Responsibilities
- Understand and contribute to product vision to define product requirements based on business needs
- Work in close collaboration with the product manager, scrum master / agile coach, and development team(s)
- Act as interface between product management and development team(s)
- Manage requirements in close cooperation with the product manager(s)
- Work with product manager(s) and development team(s) in planning and execution of new product releases
- Own the backlog and ensure that backlog items are well defined and prioritized in accordance with the product strategy
- Prioritize the product backlog, prepare and plan development goals following agile product development process
- Support development teams in scoping and estimating efforts of planned features
- Defines tactics to optimize the value of the development teams work
- Support the product manager in interactions with all stakeholders
- Coordinate dependencies with other product owners
Skills, Capabilities and Qualifications
- Relevant demonstrable experience working as a product owner
- Customer focused with a commercial awareness
- Driven and able to work independently, proactively and to take initiative and ownership
- Good knowledge of agile practices and frameworks (scrum)
- True team player with outstanding communication and cooperation skills and ability to effectively collaborate with distributed teams
- Motivated and able to work independently, proactively and responsibly
- Fluent in English
- Interest in IT security
- Positive can-do attitude Structured and organized
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- University degree or comparable education in computer science/ relevant scientific subject or equivalent experience
It would also be a plus if you have:
- A general understanding of secure software development
- Experience of Jira, Confluence, GIT/Gitlab or similar tools
- Swedish language skills
