Genies is looking for a Program Manager to join our growing team and contribute to the development and evolution of programs, processes, partnerships, and teams on our Sellers & Creators side of the company. As Genies steps into our Series C, we are seeking individuals that will help evolve us and are excited to roll their sleeves up and build. In this role, your focus will include but not be limited to the execution of program management duties for various departments, managing a business vision and ideas intake process, tracking and visibility, OKR management, vendor/partner relations, identifying gaps/building solutions for business goals. You should exhibit strong leadership skills while working with a varied number of people within and outside of the organization. What You’ll be Doing:
- Work with the Sellers team to coordinate bringing new sellers (core users, brands, celebrities, and nft influencers) to the marketplace program
- Oversee collaboration between sellers production, and studios to ensure creation of wearable collections
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure wearable collections are properly integrated into the warehouse and application
- Partner with the full project team to manage business request intake and triage process for all operational departments
- Help build an effective, flexible and sustainable PMO (Project Management Office)
- Partner with Ops leaders to identify key risks and offer opportunities to business initiatives
- Taking responsibility of projects and/or programs throughout their entire lifecycle:
- Examples:
- Properly scoping a project and/or program
- Manage and maintain tracking system for all team milestones
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, creating project charters and enforcing teams to adhere to deadlines
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees be best positioned to complete them
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project and coming up with innovative solutions when gaps are identified
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Communicating with executives or Ops leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
- Not limited to the above
- Partner with Operations Leaders on the creation, design, facilitation, and potential execution of needs on the Business Operations side of the company
- General- work with Operations leadership to identify gaps throughout the organization that could benefit from ops involvement

What You Should Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a related industry
- Advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of project and program
- Experience in project planning and providing leadership
- Highly detail oriented/proactive/self-directed
- Ability to deliver results on time, on budget and to the Genies standards
- Proven track record of holding others accountable
- Ability to manage, communicate, and document projects amongst various departments
- Strong knowledge and subject matter expertise of all business goals and processes
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to ensure all business priorities are moving forward and have visibility
- Solution forward mindset
- Experience scaling a process, training it out and executing accountability (both with yourself and others)
- Out of the box thinking to achieve required outcomes
- A high standard of attention to detail and ‘follow-through’
- Knack for identifying gaps and areas of opportunities across business channels
