Web3 Program Manager - LATAM

The FIAT team is looking for a Program Manager to lead the new initiatives and build the product from scratch. This will be an exciting opportunity to explore the Fiat crypto adoption into everyday life and together with the team you will build one-of-a-kind innovative products to make a real difference in people’s life. To succeed in this role, you should have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong execution skill; you are a well experienced, data driven, and problem-solver with a passion for the crypto industry, ideally with knowledge on the LatAm payment market landscape is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Identify the business opportunities, formulate the product strategy, drive and support the business growth by developing and executing new initiatives/solutions, and translate complex ideas into specific requirements and action plans
• Design operation strategies and explore new business models to grow the business
• Establish and maintain the relationship with external stakeholders or stakeholders if needed, and facilitate product road map and development implementation
• Assist management in other strategy research and projects
• Through extensive data analysis, evaluate current processes, and identify opportunities for workflow optimization, then recommend and implement enhanced processes
• Own and develop timelines and responsibility division for large-scale projects and initiatives, including cross-functional tasks
• Manage and coordinate workload allocation, billing, and other related tasks pertaining to freelance engagements
• Manage implementations of payments solutions across functional teams:  including product tech, risk, and compliance.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in established digital banks, fintech, payments or Fiat  industry or in-house PM roles
• A clear communicator - ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely.
• PgMP/PMI/PMP/Agile certifications is a plus.
• Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus.
• International experience, especially in developing in Latam
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Portuguese
• Spanish is a plus
