Responsabilities
- Point of contact to all audit exercises, include but not limited to: conduct sampling for audit, review findings and develop recommendations to improve business process, controls, efficiencies and effectiveness of the sanctions program and process
- Performs quality assurance reviews on system, process and control. Make recommendations for quality assurance and improvement programs
- Participate in risk assessments
- Provide guidance to mitigate potential risk or conflicts
- Inform operations team of risk, make recommendations to resolve risk, and consults with departments on the resolution of recommendations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Audit Compliance, ideally familiar with system and process control
- Good command of English
- Excellent in excel and data analytics
- Sanctions Compliance certifications would be an advantage
- Solid understanding in sanctions and screening processes and able to optimize system control and process design
- Able to manage internal stakeholders (up / down) expectations and relationships.
- Eagerness to learn, develop deep understanding on operational process with a mindset of becoming an SME
- Accountable to actions, follow through action plan from end-to-end
- Be able to meet extremely tight deadline, able to prioritize tasks by criticality
