Web3 Senior Content Writer

What you’ll be responsible for:As a Senior Content Editor, you will own the creation and management of high-quality content that supports Circle’s help center and internal knowledge base (Guru). You will ensure that customers and internal teams have access to clear, concise, and engaging information to enhance their success.

What you’ll work on:

Oversee content creation for both internal and external customers, ensuring alignment with Circle’s voice and tone. Develop and maintain help center content to support all product releases. Serve as the primary point of contact for product and feature release content. Create detailed content briefs and outlines to guide content development. Lead the auditing process for Guru and the help center to ensure accuracy and relevance. Manage and prioritize incoming content requests for Guru. Advise the Product Design team on in-product content to enhance user experience. Conduct regular research to identify content gaps and opportunities for improvement. Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, maintains consistency, and aligns with Circle’s tone of voice. Provide editorial oversight and mentorship to CX team members upon request. Develop reactive messaging and templated responses for customer support. Lead training sessions on Circle’s voice and tone for new team members via internal training programs.

What you’ll bring to Circle:

4+ years of experience as a content writer, editor, or related role. Exceptional written and grammatical skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content. Experience in developing content across various formats, including articles, blogs, and whitepapers. Strong research skills and the ability to create well-structured content briefs. Expertise in fact-checking and ensuring content accuracy. Complete fluency in American English. Proficiency with tools such as Slack, MacOS, Zendesk, HubSpot, and GSuite. Experience in the crypto industry is a plus but not required

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range:$102,500 - $137,500
