Web3 Senior Finance and Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in accounting system implementation: migrate existing Kingdee accounting system to Oracle
• Review/prepare full set of account including management accounts reporting independently
• Communicate with department for policy making
• Communicate with business unit for setting up accounting treatment
• Keep track to changes in tax and accounting rules
• Oversee the internal control policy/system
• Oversee the department’s operating to ensure timely approval/payment of expense, financial reporting and other management reporting
• Liaise with banks
• Liaise with auditors/tax representatives
• Support ad-hoc projects when necessary

Requirement:

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines (HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred)
• At least 10 years relevant experience (audit experience in 2nd tier or big 4 is a must)
• At least 5 years commercial managerial experience and lead a team with at least 3 subordinates
• Experience in accounting system implementation is preferred
