What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead the development and execution of our regional social media and community strategy to acquire and engage new and existing regional users of OKX
  • Lead the creative, design and content strategy for our regional social media channels to enhance our brand & product storytelling
  • Manage day-to-day regional social media accounts and ensure consistent engagement with our communities (YouTube, Telegram, VK and others)
  • Launch regional social campaigns, analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies where needed
  • Plan, organise, and execute educational content, including workshops, product launches, promotions and partnerships
  • Manage KOLs and influencers collaborations in the region, including negotiations, content creation, and performance tracking
  • Plan and execute OKX community ambassador initiatives in and around the region
  • Betatest new products and feedback to relevant cross team stakeholders
  • Recommend refinement of process or workflows for new social media initiatives to boost awareness and relevance for the market
  • Set & closely monitor channel KPI results against targets and manage budget/resources effectively
  • Understand global vs local nuisances and able to pivot global strategy/best-practice playbook for regional social media teams
What We Look For In You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications related fields
  • Experience in social media and community management for the Russian-speaking crypto audience
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns, community-building initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience with cryptocurrencies and financial communications
  • Native Russian-speaker, fluent in English, other languages is a strong advantage
  • An entrepreneurial attitude and a love of crypto
