Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to be part of our off-shore fast-paced P2P team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operational matters such as handling order disputes, account management with P2P merchants, and fostering good relationships with them. A significant part of the role involves assisting in expanding and growing P2P marketplace across various regions, with a specific focus on engaging Chinese-speaking merchants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the Product Operation of various fiat currency P2P marketplace, able to effectively communicate and organize projects with the product teams, and continuously track business progress
  • In-depth understanding cross border payments, stablecoins and business knowledge
  • Plan a series of localization operations for different overseas countries, analyze data, continuously monitor the effectiveness of activities, and be responsible for key business indicators
  • Review operational strategies and marketplace rules to promote product upgrades, and enhance platform competitiveness
  • Manage, maintain accounts and establish good relationships with P2P merchants
  • Assist in driving the growth of the P2P marketplace in various regions, emphasizing the engagement of Chinese-speaking merchants and users
  • Assist in developing strategies for new market growth and expansion

Qualifications
  • At least 5-7 years in an internet or fintech company
  • Passion and enthusiasm for cryptocurrency products
  • Experience in crypto OTC trading and marketplace management is a plus
  • Understanding of cross-border remittance and payment systems is a plus
  • Experience in growing online marketplaces is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for exceptional customer service and relationship building
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, excellent communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin being highly advantageous as the role requires close communication with Mandarin speaking colleagues
