About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Senior People Management Manager to join our growing organization. You will be responsible for planning, designing and coordinating regional learning & development programs and events that align with the company's objectives. You will also play a crucial role in shaping and implementing global talent development initiatives as we scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the monthly Learning Labs program for Singapore in collaboration with regional peers, including curating, scheduling, co-creating and facilitating live learning sessions on a variety of product and business topics and creating related communications
- Designing & delivering workshops and seminars on timely topics for professional skills development based on regional & business needs
- Leading the regional Supernova tech and leadership development program for early-in-career professionals, including organising & facilitating open days, pre-onboarding engagements, onboarding, skill building, leadership development and engagement opportunities.
- Partnering with the global talent development team to create and implement enterprise programs to strategically grow the competency of our workforce
- Supporting site-wide culture building initiatives such as employee engagement events and related communications
