Come Build the Future with Us now!     About the Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Senior People Management Manager to join our growing organization. You will be responsible for planning, designing and coordinating regional learning & development programs and events that align with the company's objectives. You will also play a crucial role in shaping and implementing global talent development initiatives as we scale.   What You’ll Be Doing 

Overseeing the monthly Learning Labs program for Singapore in collaboration with regional peers, including curating, scheduling, co-creating and facilitating live learning sessions on a variety of product and business topics and creating related communications

Designing & delivering workshops and seminars on timely topics for professional skills development based on regional & business needs

Leading the regional Supernova tech and leadership development program for early-in-career professionals, including organising & facilitating open days, pre-onboarding engagements, onboarding, skill building, leadership development and engagement opportunities.

Partnering with the global talent development team to create and implement enterprise programs to strategically grow the competency of our workforce

Supporting site-wide culture building initiatives such as employee engagement events and related communications
