🙌🏼 What you will be doing

As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be a part of an in-house consulting team that has direct exposure to executive-level challenges and solves the most critical and strategic problems we face as a fast-paced, growing tech company. Working in the Business Operations team, you will own and lead projects across different areas in the organization and collaborate daily with the senior management.

🧩What you will be working on

    • The most pressing and complex challenges we face as a company, directly working with the executive team and bringing a strategic and analytical perspective to solving problems
    • Overseeing end-to-end management of company-wide strategic projects
    • Overseeing new business lines and new revenue stream discovery
    • Develop and produce high-quality, executive-level materials for presentations to the C-level and Board of Directors


      • 🛠️ How we work

      As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will provide day-to-day support to both the COO and VP Operations, helping to drive the successful execution of operational initiatives, including weekly meetings, setting objectives and key results (OKRs), tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring successful project completion. You will conduct advanced analytics and research projects, such as financial analysis, market estimations, strategic research, competitive analysis, and business case development.

🤟🏻What you will bring:

    • Min. 2 years of experience in a top-tier consulting company or in investment banking
    • Demonstrated project management expertise working with senior stakeholders
    • Exceptional communication skills, including fluency in both English and Polish
    • Ability to work independently with no to little supervision
    • Experience performing under high-pressure situations
    • Ability to prioritize well and deliver exceptional work with limited directionLifelong learner with openness to new knowledge, concepts, and ways of doing things
    • Highly analytical with the ability to always back up arguments with data
    • Strong personality, comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation, ability to seek out new approaches, and unafraid to make mistakes
    • Takes responsibility and ownership, proactively improving processes and seeking solutions
    • Open-minded and humble, follows trends, welcomes feedback, and challenges existing beliefs and assumptionsIntellectual sharpness, ability to quickly digest new concepts and reconcile with existing knowledge
