About the role:

We are looking for a creative, self driven, scrappy Talent Acquisition Partner who will thrive in the incredibly fast paced and high volume environment of a hyper growth startup. What you’ll be doing:

• You will be responsible for engagement, assessment of prospective talent, and closing top talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and interview teams to build the right interview process and identify top quality candidates
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to on-boarding
• Own a full cycle requisition load from screening to closing for our lending operations roles
• Build a seamless hiring process for the candidate and the hiring manager
• Source qualified candidates using various cutting edge tools, platforms and creative approaches
• Utilize our applicant tracking system to communicate with hiring managers, interviewers and candidates, gather feedback, and create a structured interview process
• Play a big part of talent acquisition strategies and help identify the right candidates as Figure grows quickly in multiple locations
• Own job posts on external sites including writing, posting, auditing and looking for new opportunities

What we look for:

• 3+ years experience recruiting and sourcing passive candidates Financial Services and Lending experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities (Growth mindset!)
• Knowledge of and ability to use sourcing and applicant tracking tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Boolean search strings, Connectifier, Job Posting websites) to find and acquire talent.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and efficiency
• Confident and transparent communication >
• Proven ability to stay organized with great attention to detail
• Knowledge of Talent Pipelines, a proactive talent supply strategy involving the creation of a continuous stream of highly qualified candidates in anticipation of filling critical and recurrent positions.
• The ability to converse with people to gather information for purposes of recruitment, customer requirements, business needs, and other subjects.
• The ability to establish and promote diversity and inclusion in multiple aspects, including the ability to identify high-performing and diverse talent and maintain an environment of objectivity, open communication, and respect.
