Web3 Treasurer

We are looking for a Treasurer to join our growing, high impact Finance team in our office in Zurich.

Tasks

• In-charge of the asset and liability management of the Bank in Switzerland and its Asset Manager in Singapore
• Forecasting, stress-scenarios, analyzing, and driving execution decisions around liquidity; including Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio, etc
• Manage other Treasury related regulatory requirements such as large exposure
• Manage third party bank relationships
• Manage the Bank’s investment portfolio in respect of revenue optimization as well as regulatory requirements
• Proactively evaluate, recommend and implement improvements in Treasury related activities
• Run and support ad-hoc projects in Finance & Treasury
• Maintain and update our KPIs on a monthly basis
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Brokerage, Asset Management, Sales etc. as needed
• Support Finance, where necessary

Requirements

• Broad experience, at least 6 years, in Treasury / Finance activities in the banking environment
• Broad understanding of the crypto ecosystem including DeFi
• In-depth understanding of FINMA requirements
• Self-starter and hands-on person
• Used to work in a small team
• Fluency in English and German required
