Its global crypto team possesses deep experience in both the scaling of new ventures and the restructuring of complex assets. We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President, Growth to lead our performance and product growth marketing strategy across all portfolio companies. This individual will be responsible for driving awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, referral and critically revenue growth through an aggressive data-driven, omni-channel approach.

As a senior leader, the Vice President, Growth will oversee marketing, growth, and brand functions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong working knowledge of the crypto space with a proven track record of scaling brands, driving high-impact campaigns, and optimizing user conversion in fast-moving, highly competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all portfolio companies.
• Own and optimize omni-channel marketing efforts, including but not limited to email marketing, social media, PR, SEO, paid search, paid social, influencer, content and affiliate channels to maximize performance and ROI.
• Lead brand positioning efforts, ensuring the products stand out in the crypto and Web3 landscape.
• Oversee community engagement strategies, leveraging organic growth through social platforms, influencers, and partnerships.
• Analyze marketing and user data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and scale high-performing initiatives.
• Own the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Build and manage a high-performance marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
• Stay ahead of crypto market trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, ensuring marketing efforts align with industry shifts.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in marketing—strong understanding of blockchain, DeFi, exchanges, and the evolving Web3 landscape.
• 12+ years of experience in marketing, growth, and revenue-focused roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, PR, and paid advertising.
• Deep knowledge of crypto-native growth strategies, including community-led marketing, influencer partnerships, and on-chain analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
