Web3 VP, Product Strategy & Operations [Remote]

The VP of Product Strategy & Operations is a senior director or VP-level leader responsible for the operations of the entire studio delivery team at Decent Labs. They have a strong background in managing teams and overseeing product development in a studio setting. They are obsessed with quality, team efficiency, details, and using cutting edge technology to build companies and products that solve social problems. 

The VP of Strategy & Operations is an inspirational leader to a top-notch team of engineers, designers, entrepreneurs-in-residence, and project managers. They are a critical contributor from a strategic perspective, participating in the direction-setting of the company. Most importantly, they keep the studio running like a well-oiled machine.

You are able to frequently “altitude shift” between big picture strategic thinking and day-to-day support on the studio floor, always keeping your eye on the long term vision for Decent Labs.
