About the team + role

The Growth team is responsible for driving retail user & revenue growth for Pionex. As we expand our suite of product offerings, we want to make sure we are taking a personalized approach to driving growth & engagement, by helping each user discover & engage with the right products & features within Pionex that they might find most valuable. As a Business Development Intern, you'll focus on influencer marketing outreach. Identify and engage with influencers to boost brand awareness and expand our customer base. Coordinate campaigns, analyze metrics, and optimize influencer strategies.

Top responsibilities:

• Research and identify key influencers in the cryptocurrency and fintech space.

• Knowledgeable about cryptocurrency

• Establish partnerships and collaborations with influencers via various channels.

• Track influencer engagement and campaign performance metrics.

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns.

• Analyze data, provide insights, and recommend future strategies.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align initiatives with brand objectives.

• Assist in managing contracts, payments, and deliverables.

• Provide regular reports on outreach efforts, campaign results, and ROI.

You’d be a great fit if you have the following skills:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency ecosystem

• Passion for influencer marketing, social media, and cryptocurrency.

• Proven track record of success in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools ,business development, sales, or a related field

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

• This position is for someone who is passionate about the blockchain and cryptocurrency space and is excited about helping projects succeed in this rapidly-evolving industry.
