About the Role:
21.co is looking for Senior Strategy and Business Operations Lead to work directly with the CEO's Chief of Staff to drive the highest priority items for the business. This role will work closely with every member of the senior leadership team and will have a material impact on critical initiatives and projects that improve the business.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Cadence Coordination: Coordinate and continually enhance the company's operating cadence, including OKRs, leadership meetings, board meetings, and offsites.
- Priority Execution: Assist the Chief of Staff in driving the execution of the company’s top priorities, maintaining a focus on strategic objectives.
- Organizational Practices: Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to foster agile organizational practices, enhancing the overall efficiency of the company.
- Meeting Productivity: Own the planning, agenda, and notes for leadership meetings, enhancing productivity and ensuring follow-ups on actionable items.
- Strategic Focus: Assist in guiding senior leadership attention towards strategic and operational priorities, contributing to overall company success.
- Project Coordination: Provide ad-hoc support on various projects, ranging from analyses and internal initiatives to M&A, expansion efforts, and partnerships.
What You Will Need To Be Great In This Role:
Experience:
- 2+ years management consulting experience (e.g., McKinsey & Co, Bain & Co, BCG)
- 2+ years startup experience, preferred
- Experience in finance and/or crypto, preferred

This role is based in New York City and will be expected to work from our New York office in a hybrid model Monday - Wednesday.
(NYC only) Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $135,000.00 - 175,000.00. Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
